Will Wizard With a Gun be a crossplay coop game?

Wizard With a Gun is a 2D action-adventure survival game where you play as a gun-wielding magic user determined to save the world on the brink of destruction. You only have five minutes to defeat Chaos and the monsters that threaten the existence of all life forms on the planet. Thankfully, magic allows you to reverse the clock as many times as necessary.

Craft special ammunition using the resources you gather from your explorations, use arcane-powered machines to enhance your weapons, and dress up in different outfits as you attempt to rescue the world from impending death.

Wizard With a Gun is a treat for those who enjoy fast-paced, adrenaline-packed shooters. You may blast through hordes of elemental monsters by yourself, or you can do it with a friend. The question is, will you be able to crossplay coop in this game?

Wizard With a Gun offers an online multiplayer feature that allows you to collaborate with another player.  However, the game does not support cross-platform play. Although it’s been announced that the game will soon receive major content updates, there’s no news on it getting crossplay functionality.

You can still enjoy seamless co-op mode with another player while you work together to use everything at your disposal to survive, blaze away at dangerous foes, and eventually save the world.

Coop games nowadays come in different genres, from shooters to sim games, catering to various preferences and offering a challenging experience for everyone. Wizard with a Gun is no exception to that. The game currently does not have crossplay integration online. Hence, you won’t be able to enjoy the game with a friend playing on a different platform.

Wizard With a Gun is out now on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. The game will also be ported soon to the Nintendo Switch.
