Nope, it’s Gamescom Opening Night Live day, the second Geoff Keighley-hosted world premieres showcase of each year that kicks off the gaming trade event in Cologne, Germany which signals the end of the Gregorian Calendar’s videogame ‘announcements season’ and the beginning of traditional ‘release season,’ to those who observe the old ways. It’s live during German hours, though, so here’s when to watch Opening Night Live if you hail from some other slice of the globe.
