Welcome back to a new installment of my short story, Under. If you are new to this comic, please follow the links below to catch up on the story thus far. When last we saw, the deep gnome returned (at the urging of Vaelindra the elf) to his employer Malythrak the Shadow Dragon who has a certain chest that belongs to Vaelindra’s adventuring party. The plucky svirfneblin’s long journey from a certain tomb in the Kron Hills to Underhall in the Underdark had netted his crew two full bags of gems. Unfortunately, no thanks to the evil scheme of the drow Sallara, the deep gnome lost all his gems in a chasm. Now all he has to show Malythrak for his effort is a gem hair-tie given to him by Vaelindra. What could go wrong? Enjoy!
