Persona 5 Tactica features three unique DLCs that add new content to the base game. Tactica has the typical skin DLC that adds new cosmetics for existing items in the game and more feature-packed DLCs that add fresh content, such as a new separate side-quest and a list of souped-up Personas to make the game more entertaining.

We review all three DLCs for Persona 5 Tactica in this guide to help you decide whether the Persona 5 Tactica DLC is worth it.

Is The Persona 5 Tactica DLC worth it?

Persona 5 Tactica DLC is worth it if you’re a Persona fan who wants to add more content to the base Persona 5 Tactica game. There are three separate DLC packs that you can buy and add to Persona 5 Tactica – Repaint Your Heart, Weapon Pack, and Picaro Summoning Pack & Raoul. These DLC packs add Weapon Skins, new Personas, new stages, new challenges, and more.

If you’re content with Persona 5 Tactica’s base game’s gameplay and story, you likely won’t find any value in any of the three DLCs. Die-hard Persona fans, however, will quickly snag these DLCs to add additional content to their game.

The Repaint Your Heart DLC is particularly interesting – at $19.99, this DLC not only adds two familiar Personas to the game but also adds a brand new side-quest with around 4 hours’ worth of gameplay. Considering the Persona 5 Tactica base game lasts for about 20 hours of gameplay, the Repaint Your Heart DLC at $19.99 might very well be its price tag.

Persona 5 Tactica offers three downloadable content or DLCs – Repaint Your Heart, Weapon Pack, and Picaro Summoning Pack & Raoul.

Repaint Your Heart

Repaint Your Heart is the most expensive Persona 5 Tactica DLC, and for good reason – Repaint Your Heart adds a prequel story to Tactical alongside two Personas from Persona 5 Royal. The prequel story is separate from the Tactica storyline, so you can access, play, and progress in the DLC story separately.

After you complete the DLC story, you can unlock two familiar Personas from Persona 5 Royal. You can use these DLC Personas in the Persona 5 Tactica main storyline, albeit without interactions.

Picaro Summoning Pack & Raoul

The second most expensive Tactica DLC is the Picaro Summoning Pack & Raoul. This DLC adds a list of Picaro Personas to the Persona 5 Tactica Compendium:

Persona: Thanatos Picaro

Persona: Orpheus Picaro (female)

Persona: Athena Picaro

Persona: Messiah Picaro

Persona: M. Izanagi Picaro

Persona: Kaguya Picaro

Persona: Izanagi-no-Okami Picaro

Persona: Ariadne Picaro

Persona: Asterius Picaro

Persona: Tsukiyomi Picaro

Persona: Raoul Picaro

Picaro Personas have higher levels, better stats, improved resistances, and different skills than normal Personas. You can use Picaros to upgrade your team, albeit after the Personas are unlocked by progressing in-game.

Weapon Pack

Last but not least is the Persona 5 Tactica: Weapon Pack. As the name suggests, this DLC adds ten unique Picaro-themed Weapon Skins:

Picaro Sand Hawk

Picaro Levinson M31

Picaro Slingbow

Picaro Machine Gun

Picaro Assault Rifle

Picaro Revolver

Picaro G Launcher

Picaro Machine Pistol

2 addl. Weapons.

Like the Picaro Summoning Pack & Raoul, you can unlock the weapon skins listed above by progressing through Persona 5 Tactica’s main storyline.

How much is the Persona 5 Tactica DLC?

Persona 5 Tactica DLC packs cost between $7.99 and $19.99, with the cheapest DLC being the Weapon Pack and the most expensive being the Repaint Your Heart DLC. Below are the official prices for each DLC.

Personal 5 Tactica: Weapon Pack – $7.99

Persona 5 Tactica: Picaro Summoning Pack & Raoul – $9.99

Persona 5 Tactica: Repaint Your Heart – $19.99

Final Thoughts

The three Persona 5 Tactica DLCs are anything but cheap, but they aren’t that expensive either, especially considering the amount of new content each DLC brings to Persona 5 Tactica.

Die-hard fans of Persona 5 will want to get their hands on the three Persona 5 Tactica DLCs, especially the Repaint Your Heart DLC, as this DLC adds two familiar Personas and a separate side quest full of new challenges. The Picaro Summoning Pack & Raoul and Weapon Pack are also worth it, adding 11 Picaro Personas and 10 unique skins to various weapons.
