In this guide, we’ll walk you through the puzzle solutions to help you find the safe codes more easily. And for those who prefer to skip the puzzles, we’ll also share some codes that have successfully unlocked the safe for us.

Black Ops 6 Safe Codes

If you’d rather not go through the puzzle solutions, we’ll share some codes you can try to unlock the safe in your safehouse. Just remember, Black Ops 6 randomizes these codes for each player, so there’s a chance the ones we mention might not work for you.

Black Ops 6 Safehouse Puzzle Solutions

Here are all the puzzle solutions to get your safe code in Black Ops 6:

Boiler Room

First, go down the hallway on the right side while facing the briefing room, and take the first door on the right. This will take you to the basement of the safe house, where you’ll need to find the boiler room to kick off your first puzzle.

Once you’re in the boiler room, your mission is to start the generator which will power up a door you’ll need to go through later. To do this, move close to the generator and do the following:

Turn the boiler valve (middle) twice to shut off the water.

Turn the fuel valve (left) once (halfway).

Hit the pilot button on the right; the light next to it should turn green.

Finally, go back to the boiler valve in the middle and turn it twice to fully open the water.

Piano Puzzle

Head back to the ground floor and go to the piano room, just to the left of the main room if you’re facing the briefing room. Once inside, pick up the blacklight on the table across from the piano—you’ll need this for the piano puzzle and other puzzles in the safe house.

The puzzle is to find and play five piano keys in a specific order to open the door next to the piano. To find the keys and the order in which to play them, turn on the blacklight and aim it at the walls of the piano room, starting with the wall directly in front of you while seated at the piano.

Each symbol on the walls has a number indicating the order to play it, along with an arrow pointing you to the next symbol.

After getting the symbols, head to the piano, use the blacklight to identify each key and play them in the correct sequence. As far as we can tell, the key symbols are consistent across playthroughs and are as follows:

Ми

Ре

Си

До

Ре

Wordle Keypad

After solving the piano puzzle, the secret door to your right will open, leading to a hidden basement. There, you’ll find another door down that should already be unlocked if you solved the boiler room puzzle correctly.

Now, head down the stairs and follow the hallway until you hit an intersection. Take a right, and you’ll see a locked door with a keypad on its right. You’ll need to figure out a five-digit code (there might be repeated numbers) to get through the locked door.

To do this, aim your blacklight on the keypad to spot the numbers with fingerprints (those are likely the numbers that make up the door code). If you see only four keys with prints, there’s a repeated number in the code—the key with the deeper fingerprint is likely the one.

Use a Wordle-style trial-and-error approach to crack the code. Here’s what each color means on the Decryption Log as you test:

Green: Right number, right spot.

Yellow: Right number, wrong spot.

Red: Wrong number.

Computer Puzzle

Once you unlock the door, head inside and look around until you find a computer. Here, you’ll need to enter characters that match the code word provided. This is the simplest of the safe puzzles. Just log into the computer and enter the words as you decipher them using the character/code table at the bottom of the screen.

While the words are the same for all players, the order you’ll input them may vary. For us, the input order was:

BUNKER

OPEN

ROOM

HOLDING

Completing this puzzle will unlock the next door for you which you’ll need to grab a key.

Lockpick and Key Location

Head out of the computer room, turn right, and look for an open door on your left before you reach the end of the hallway. Go in, and you’ll find another door you’ll need to lock pick.

Rotate the lockpick until each pin rises and glows white, then hold it steady until it sets. Once all the pins are set, the lock will open.

Head inside, grab the key on the desk, and you’re set—this key opens the last room you need to access in the basement.

Radio Puzzle

To find the safe code, head back to the hallway, take a right at the intersection, and you’ll see a locked door on your left. Use the key you found earlier to unlock it.

Inside, you’ll find a radio on a bookshelf. First, turn on subtitles, then adjust the amplitude and frequency knobs until the wavelengths match to activate the radio. This will start a radio transmission that plays on loop. The message will vary for each player but may occasionally match others.

In our first playthrough, the radio message was: “It’s not just an ashtray,” Grandfather said. “It’s marked with our ancestral crest.” I sank into the couch, annoyed at his gift. Grandfather leaned forward in his chair. “Be proud of your heritage.”

After listening to the message, identify four items mentioned in it that are also in the room. These keywords will lead you to each digit of the four-digit code. For us, the keywords were ashtray, ancestral crest, couch, and chair. By shining the blacklight around these items in the order they’re mentioned, we found the safe code: 8935.

If you only figure out the first three digits, you can still go upstairs and use trial and error (0-9) on the last digit until the safe unlocks.

Safe

With the safe code noted, head to the second floor and find the bedroom with the safe. Enter the code correctly to unlock the safe and earn your rewards.

Conclusion

With the Black Ops 6 safehouse puzzle solutions we’ve provided, you should be able to unlock the safe on your own. And if you don’t care about exploring the puzzles, you can try the safe codes we provided too.

Doing so will earn you an achievement/trophy, $1,000 in campaign spending money, and the Case Cracker melee weapon blueprint. We hope this guide helps you unlock these rewards!
